1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of bestinsuranceguides.com (the “Site”) and the advisory and consulting services of Best Insurance Guides (“we,” “us,” “our”), located at 570 W 350 N Apt 7, Tremonton, UT 84337. By using the Site or contacting us, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. Our Role — Advisory Only

Best Insurance Guides is an independent insurance advisory and consulting firm. We are not an insurance company, insurance carrier, or underwriter, and we do not issue, sell, or administer insurance policies through this Site. All insurance products are provided, issued, and underwritten solely by the third-party insurance carrier you choose. Nothing on this Site binds coverage or creates an insurance contract — coverage begins only when confirmed in writing by the issuing carrier.

3. No Guarantee of Coverage, Pricing, or Availability

Any quotes, estimates, or comparisons we present are illustrative and based on information available at the time. Final eligibility, pricing, terms, and availability are determined exclusively by the applicable insurance carrier and may change without notice. We do not guarantee that any particular product will be available or that any application will be approved.

4. Information You Provide

You agree that information you submit — through forms, calls, or messages — is accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge. Inaccurate information may affect the quality of our recommendations or any quotes obtained on your behalf.

5. Communications Consent

By providing your phone number or email, you consent to be contacted by Best Insurance Guides about insurance options — including by phone call and text message, which may use automated technology. Consent is not a condition of purchase. You may withdraw consent at any time by replying STOP to a text, using an email unsubscribe link, or contacting us directly. Message and data rates may apply.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, design, graphics, and logos — is the property of Best Insurance Guides or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may view and print pages for personal, non-commercial use only. Any other reproduction or distribution requires our written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Best Insurance Guides shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including lost profits, lost data, or coverage disputes with a carrier — arising from your use of the Site or reliance on our advisory content. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (US $100) or the amount you paid us for services, whichever is greater.
